Lexus Lease Terms

Hello,

I am looking to lease a 2025 Lexus RX450h+. My home State of Idaho does not receive allocations of these so looking at nearby States.

I have the below terms on a lease which I would pay off as soon as possible. Please realize when reviewing these terms my options are limited as I have to travel.
The MF is .0037 and residual is 55% and hard to see I know.
Please let me know your opinion on this deal.
Thank you.

See update terms below

I’m not a Lexus expert but this seems horrible.

Zero dealer discount, $1348 in add-ons plus a $495 fee just because you’re out of state.

Lol I bet everyone on LH is going to tell you to not lease a Lexus because their leases are trash. And the + of these latest PHEV RX isn’t worth the extra money.

There’s a low-miles used 2022 450h on Carmax… $54k with 13k miles. Basically a new car since it’s a Lexus. Plus F-Sport looks cooler.

Welcome to the community! It’s a good thing you found yourself here because that offer may be in competition for one of the worst ever.

In general Lexus products work best when purchased, but if you’re trying to leverage the existing electric incentive on a lease buyout, you’ll first want to run as fast as you can from this dealer.

I’m not familiar with a target discount for this vehicle, but you may have luck researching broker offers and in Signed and signed deals. Then cast a far and wide net while accounting for shipping costs. Make definitive, well researched offers and do not ask dealers what they would like you to pay.

Learn here how to tell them exactly what earns your money.

I apologize as I had them remove the add on
Please see below for updated offer

It is still horrific.

In your region limited case, you are probably better off getting a broker to ship you the car.

if you cant put together a deal yourself, use a broker as well, as trying to fish from a red solo cup isnt gonna yield much.

Btw why 450h specifically?

Why are you insist on leasing lexus RX? You can get Volvo XC90 for much less with current pricing (miss the blow out 2-3 months ago).

Thank you for the reply.
I am pretty much wanting the 2025 and plug in

I know I will pay through the nose, but I don’t want to pay stupidly :slightly_smiling_face:

Just looking to see if this deal seems reasonable for my situation and any gotchas that this educated audience thinks I should ask about

Have you contacted LH brokers who work w/ Lexus to see what their price is and if they can ship to you?

If you are doing an immediate buyout (and I wouldn’t disclose to the dealership that are doing that), then the only thing that matters is the pre-rebate/-incentive discount. The MF is unimportant, and the RV is not negotiable.

I contacted a broker here and they cannot do lease deals out of State
I would willingly pay a broker if they can assist me in Idaho

I want the Lexus RX
The 350h does not have enough power and I hear engine
The 500 seats are not comfortable

I am wanting an RX and realize I will pay a premium, just don’t want ripped off

You could post a request for a broker in the “Wanted” thread to see if anyone responds:

This is very helpful. Thank you

Do you have any input on where I can ask for it to be improved?

Thank you for your input
I will research how to accomplish this

This is not a car to lease in the traditional sense. It’s a Type B.

Either way you need to search the forum especially Marketplace to know what pre-rebate discount percentage you should be targeting.

Great advice and thank you
Definitely a quick payoff. 1-2 months

You’re the only person in the entire state of Idaho that wants the PHEV RX brand new haha.

Peterson Lexus has a TX 500H. If they do 5% off I’m thinking the vast majority of people would be happier with that car than the PHEV RX for $1,000 less (net of the $7,500 rebate).

Looking outside of ID, the main issue is you’re not local. These RX PHEV allocations are tough to move interstate due to headaches with paperwork. Their days on lot are so low the dealerships have zero interest to move out of their franchise zone unless they gouge.

I know someone that just picked up one of the RX 450h+ from Lexus in Colma, CA. They’re all priced like this and move with negative inventory carry since they’re sold before they arrive on the lot. They were also told they have to keep the lease active for 6 months after signing. The dealers are having customers sign that when they’re with F&I so the dealer makes sure to make their $ on the lease.
