Ask them to highlight in the contract where it says that.
The real issue is they usually will lose any commision on mark ups if it isn’t held for at least 3 months so they’re claiming that so they don’t have their money clawed back.
With that said, if they’re working with you on an aggressive deal, wait a couple momths so they don’t get screwed over.

I don’t think there is rate mark up. It’s down to .00105. I did originally opt for the end of lease protection for $875, but that gets canceled when I buy it out.
