Lexus 2021 ES 300h

Any one lease a Lexus ES 300h or Lexus ES 350 in So Cal in the past month? Any recommendations on dealers? I know the market is tough, but I’ve been targeting about 11% off of MSRP.

I am working with a dealer for a lease and this is their current offer.

MSRP $43,240
Pre-Incentive Selling Price $38,200
Lease Cash $3,700
MF .0001
$1,500 Drive-off

Monthly Payment with Tax: $428

What do you think? Do I take it? This took about two weeks of back and forth.
I was hoping for closer to $400 with tax, but in the current market I think the deal is good.

It’s hard to tell without seeing the numbers. Is this with 15000 miles? Are your taxes 10%? If so it looks decent, but you should compare it to broker offers in your market.

It’s 36/10k and taxes are right about 10%

Your numbers don’t line up. You can start with this calculator and fill out the rest of the numbers that I don’t have from your post.calc link

Thanks! Here’s the deal from the dealer. I was getting $362 pre-tax on the calculator, but once you add in tax it changes dramatically. The payment is then $428 per month.

This will be my fourth lease, but for some reason I am not having luck getting the numbers right with Lexus. All my others leases I was able to calculate to within a dollar or two.

If you post your calculator, it’s much easier to help find the discrepancy

Try this one, it lines up but the sale price is not correct, check your residual that might be the difference

Thanks. It’s so odd that the Lexus deal isn’t lining up. I’ll try to figure this out. I think they may apply the $3,700 lease cash differently.

don’t think that’s the case because:
($3700 + $659) * .095 = $414 which is what your deal sheet has on upfront taxes.

I would just tell them $1500 drive off, $400 monthly and see if they bite. Good luck!
