I am in the middle of a lemon law negotiation/settlement with Honda. Long story short, my Odyssey has massive electrical issues that result in - amongst many things - losing the speedometer whilst driving. We are amenable to a cash settlement but, for obvious safety reasons, we really do not want to keep the car. Honda is more than happy to provide cash but they are unwilling to buy the car back. Does anyone know why a car manufacturer would take this position?
