I am thinking leasing a 2018/2019 BMW M3 with competition package. just want to know the MF, residual value and any lease credits available. I am in tri-state area. another question is, will there be a redesigned 2020 M3 come out in 2019?

the MF is .00188, you should get better deals off the MSRP on the 18’s. All the other info is in the graph I sent.

There are no 2019 M3 models. What is in inventory is what’s left. I wouldn’t wait. The CS models sat for months because there was no lease program but now that there’s been one for 2 months, even those are now scarce (unless you want frozen blue or CCB’s). Most lightly equipped non CS models are long gone. The new G80 chassis will come out in 2020 (always a year after the regular models—the new 340 model is not yet in production for reference).
Yes you better hurry. Lease support ends this month (according to multiple dealers). In my opinion the best way to go is with a stripped down version with comp package 77 to 80k msrp. Discount on cs may be larger but hard to make up for the significant price difference.
