Sure, you can lease a car out of state. Make sure the dealer is willing to do this and that they are proficient in your state’s tax laws and DMV registration. Oftentimes, if a dealer does not regularly lease vehicles to out of state customers, you’ll run into errors with both.

You can certainly lease in other states like buying a car but you will pay your own states taxes, the issue you may run into is that certain dealers in certain states refuse to lease out of state, other than that like the guy above me said just make sure they don’t screw up the taxes or you will be in for a huge headache.
