The audi delearship offers ZERO down, 498 per month , 10k miles per year for 36 month. is it a good deal ?

What about an offer with 36 months and 10k miles per year lease deal for 2019 A3 Quattro (in NJ), with the following
MSRP $38,520
Sale price $34,286
Incentive $3,500
Residual $17,334 (45%)
M/F .00030
The monthly payment came down to $388, with a total drive off $3,517.
Is this a fair deal, shopping two dealers and i think this is the best i can get right now?
