Leasing 2018 530e in Oct 2019?

Is it a stupid idea to lease a 2018 530e model in Oct 2019?
I’ve been looking to lease 2019 version but I saw a listing that

Selling price $44,999 (MSRP $60,219 - Discount $14621) on 2018 530e xDrive.
Are there big differences between 2018 and 2019?
What do you guys think?

2018s aren’t leasable anymore.

What are those incentives? I know only loyalty $1,000 incentives for lease

Loyalty $2k + lease credit $2,250 + possible OL code(Instructions on how to get a BMW OL incentive - 2019 Ultimate Drive Events UDE)

For all the incentives matter, google year brand model incentives edmund

That’s only a 25% discount on an obsolete 2 year-old model. To move this they need to advertise sales price closer to 40k

Yeah 33% off would do it for a sale and then add fed electric incentive for the win.

Youd still lose on the resale though down the line because German car.
