Range and charging speeds are really its biggest advantages and both depend on a charging network that is known for reliability issues.

That should rectify itself with Tesla opening up superchargers but of course that defeats the whole free charging thing. Maybe they’ll get smart and negotiate a flat rate with Tesla?
