Leasehackr Calculator Just Got Better – New Lease v. Finance Calculator

That was fixed, no?

Only with reg and doc. Bank fee still messes up

It has been working for me… try clearing cache again? Or could you outline steps to replicate the issue please?

what source are people using to determine residual/re-sale value/% for financed cars?

@littleviolette @michael Mercedes updated their programs and MSD now reduce the MF by .00004 instead of .00007.

Per my manual calculation:
Rent charge should show: $895.
0.00044*(45980+38766)*24 = 894.91
The calculator shows $822.

Rent charge is calculated using the adjusted cap cost, not the selling price. $45980 doesn’t appear anywhere in the proper calculation.

Thanks for responding! And it’s possible I’m wrong.

Though, looks like in my case Adjusted cap cost was selling price. The rebates seem to be applied after.
I’ll share my lease paperwork for your reference.

Your dealer elected to structure your deal in such a way that you got hit with maximum rent charge, so you got to pay full rent charge on all the rebates. Definitely not how one would normally elect to do it.

@littleviolette The calculator seems to be off lately. Volvo incentives shown not stackable when they are, MINI RV is off by 1%, all MB GLC350e programs shown as “non-subvented”…

apparently the Aston Martin DBX707 MF is off too…

Thanks for flagging! We are working to fix Volvo Affinity + Costco stackability and the special 39-month RV for MINI Countryman S (63% vs 62%).

GLC 350e program on Rate Findr matches that on MBUSA site when I reverse calculate it.

Yeah, but it shows “non-subvented” only.

One-pay doesn’t change MF, at least for Alfa

Hmmm the one-pay MF reduction is working when I spot checked. Do you remember the steps the replicate the error? I assume you didn’t pull the one-pay MF reduction rate via Rate Findr? The calculator doesn’t have built-in MF reduction rate for Alfa since every model is different. The one-pay MF reduction would only work if you pull the MF reduction rate through Rate Findr.

I did. The only thing is I did not select one-pay from the programs on top, rather from what you see in the screenshot. Searched by VIN
