I am in the process of transferring my lease over. The buyer went thru credit check and working on getting check for transfer fees. This is for Lexus IS300
In addition to transfer fees, Lexus financial service asked for my signature, their signature and their insurance information. My question is can I hand over the car to buyer once lexus confirmed they received the documents? I read somewhere the once the final contract with signatures and insurance information is in the mail, it’s safe to hand over keys. I have the copy of signed contract.
