Hello. The $390 per month includes the taxes and fees paid to the state of New Jersey. I do not know what you would have to do on your end. I cannot be responsible for any taxes and fees owed to the state of Texas.
With that said, I am happy to pay an incentive of $650 if you are approved and we transfer the lease to you. The $650 incentive would cover the $150 application fee and $500 transfer fee that you would have to pay US Bank.
Pls note that the $150 application fee is non-refundable. You do not get that back if you are not approved by the bank.
