Doesn’t bother me if someone is willing to assume the risk. It takes at least a couple months before someone can assume it, so OP has to find a sucker willing to pay at least $2k plus the transfer fee to even break even on the transfer. I doubt anyone on the forum is dumb enough to pay $5k to assume this, since it adds $220-$250/mo to the payment, which makes it a poor deal. That could be over $1k/mo depending on tax.

I have multiple offers with 5k down. Once BMW gets the title, the car will be marked sold. Thanks for everyone’s input

California DMV just started using electronic title so it’s much quicker to transfer BMW leases now
Im jealous of the people that get to drive a brand new M car for a few months and make a few grand in the pocket, its a cool way to make some extra money while also having fun.
