You should add an effective payment of $630/mo +tax.

Cash due seems a little high for a lease less than 12 months.

DAS is $2,800 which is to balance out the MSD refund that will be received by the person who takes over the lease when he returns the car.

Ultimately, your monthly payment will be $360.17(pre-tax).

This is mis leading:
Effective monthly payment (pre-tax, incl cash due to seller): $615

Effective payment is 360 +tax per month in your case

Do you mean to say that you will give me back the MSD ($2,800) when you turn in the car?

Your 1st post is confusing. Did you intend to mean the transferee only has to pay you $2800 in MSDs and not $2800 in MSDs PLUS an additional $2800? I think most people believe the latter is what you posted.

it’s getting more confusing.
How much is the cash due to be paid to you as a Dow pay?
How much is the cash due to be paid as MSD.

My understanding is 2800 is due as MSD. No other cash dues.

That is correct, only the $2,800 as DAS.

I don’t think I will be eligible to receive the MSD once the lease has been transferred over, so not asking for it.

Update your original post with the following:

Monthly payment (pre-tax): $360.17
Effective monthly payment (pre-tax): $360.17
MSD due: $2,800
Cash due: $0

Previously, I had clearly stated in the body that MSD will go to the buyer.

Removed redundant effective monthly payment.

It’s obvious that the MSD will be returned to the leasee at the end of the lease.

You should change the ‘cash due’ to 'msd only’or something. People are going to see that and assume theres another 2800 in addition to the msds.
