Hello, I recently moved to the DC area and will be using the metro system for my main mode of transportation. This means I no longer need the car I leased prior to moving to DC.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease completely. I put up a listing on Swapalease, but I thought I would post it here as well.
The MSRP of the car is 46,545 and feature wise it has all the bells and whistles of a 2018 BMW X1 premium tier + driving assistance and luxury package. I signed the lease on 01/01/2018 for a service loaner with 4,500 miles and since then I drove an additional 4,500 miles. I signed a 3 year 36,000 mile term and it has about 30 months remaining (until 01/01/2021).
The monthly payment is 442.01 (including Ohio state tax) which may vary depending on your state taxes and levies. I will not be asking for a down payment. No MSD available (discontinued by BMW) and as an incentive I’d be willing to pay half of the application and lease transfer fee. I can’t help you with shipping, however.
