Lease transfer: 2016 Mini Cooper Clubman S. 6 mo/10k miles left. <.5% Msrp

Hey all,

I’m looking to get out of my lease. I have 6 months left on it and 10k miles to go. Msrp is $31,xxx. Payments are $149. It was a one pay lease so I’m asking for the monthly payments upfront.

Must be registered in NY and must have great credit. This is through Mini/BMW financial.

Car is grey with black roof. Black interior with sport seats. 6 spd manual transmission. LED headlights. Rear parking sensors.

Might not be able to transfer in the final 6 months.

Plus, if the new leasee has to pay transfer fee and disposition fee, that almost doubles the entire payment.

I still have a couple days.

Even with all those fees the car still falls under the 1% rule!
