You paid the sales tax upfront the purchaser will also need to pay sales tax on it. (at least in NY) Doesn’t seem reasonable that they would pay your sales tax AND their sales tax.
If someone take over a lease with MSD(like in this case), do you get grandfathered into the MSD privilege for the next lease? I think I read it while back that’s the case.

They would just pay the difference, I’d assume, but you’d have to contact BMW FS about that. They’re really knowledgeable and helpful!
