After consulting with others and careful considerations, I am just going to let this car go.

Payments: $566 with LA tax a month
Payments with Incentives: $375 a month.
Miles Per Month: 780 miles for 21 months.
Lease Ends: 6/24/19
MSD that I put down: $4200

What you need to assume lease:

Good Credit
$500+ tax to BMW Financial to assume lease and
$200 to me. I am already giving you $4k, I just want $200 so I can go drink and remind myself I just wasted $4,000.

First come First serve and I will not ship. Please PM me and refrain from low balling me as I am young and losing $4k is hard enough for me to stomach.

I’m sure you intended to advertise this as a lease transfer, and NOT a sublease (where you continue to make payments to BMWFS while remaining obligated, and the new guy pays you)
