Hi Leasehckrs, i have been shopping around for a Lease 2017 Nissan Altima SR and some dealers have been sending in their offers.

I’m in the South Florida area, Miami. One thing i have noticed is that they always send you the numbers with some sort of “mistakes”. When you run your own number you never get close to what they say.

This is the latest one i received. I’m still not convinced this is a good deal specially because i have read other people have gotten better numbers.

Take a look at this deal. Comments and suggestions are welcome. This is going to be my first time ever leasing a car. Thank you.

You need a breakdown of the lease deal. What is the MF and RV? It doesn’t look like a terrible deal though, especially with all the fees rolled in.

The residual is 47% and the money factor is 0.00053.

The residual is 47% and the money factor is 0.00053. However, i received another offer from a different dealer and the MF was 0.00003 for tier 1.
The sales taxes of $1,449.75 are included before the Adjusted Capitalized Cost. Does this means that the monthly payments have taxes included?

Do you have a quote/breakdown with the cap cost and other lease numbers? The picture you show above is mainly for purchases, which is why it shows the sales tax. What state are you in? Im fairly certain tax isn’t included in your price quote yet.

I’m in Florida. I asked them to send me a detailed lease quote and that’s what they sent me.
