Lease now or wait unitl mid June

I’m in no rush to lease a new car (targeting BMW IX 50) so considering the market, lease deals, etc. Would I be better off waiting until mid/late June to negotiate a deal versus now. Thinking end of June is end of month plus end of 2nd quarter, so dealers might be more willing to offer a better MSRP discount and lease deal.

My rule is if you like the April deal sign it now, if you dont roll the dice. Anything beyond that is complete speculation

It really depends on what you want and how much work you want to put in. Easy deals are the broker deals in the beginning of the month, but those are selling out quickly. So then you have the end of the month deals where you have to reach out to a dozen or so dealers after searching their inventory to see how desperately they want to unload their EVs. The iX is selling pretty well since it took the #1 spot on the luxury EV list from the GV60. There are some deals n the lower trims, but the 50s are expensive.
