Had a lease end inspection done on a Volvo (I’m in NYC) and am trying to make sense of the report. There is a charge for $118 for normal wear and tear as well as a charge of $68 for excess wear and tear. Do I have to pay both or just the excess wear and tear?
There should be a total at the bottom, is it $186?
No other prices on the report accept those two
I would say the Excess only as W&T are normally covered, but wait till final bill.
