New to the site. Love all the info and help here. I wanted to share a potential lease deal from Ford in CA to see if it’s a good deal. I will get $1500 back from the state to counter the down payment. What do you guys think?
Deal looks good! I get the same numbers using a lease calculator. It looks like the dealer did not mark up the interest rate; 0.5% APR is the base rate.
FYI there’s an additional $500 incentive for recent grads/military/police and $250 for those who currently lease a non-Ford.
Hi Michael. Thanks for the additional rebate suggestions. We actually qualify for both, so net $750 positive. Shopped it to another dealer and they brought it down to $239. Thanks again. 
This looks like a really nice price especially given the reduced fuel costs - effectively reducing your overall costs. If you like the fusion energi, it might be worth a look as well. I ended up leasing a fusion energi late last year. I compared the C-Max and Fusion and due to a bigger discount - the Fusion was less expensive to lease. I had looked at plug in hybrids for quite sometime - but the current Ford lease deals are the first time I thought someone might actually save some money by buying one.
What about a 24 month lease? I would think with that much rebates and discount, you would be at a lower payment. I know the Volt does not offer a 24 month lease, so maybe Ford does not either with the C-Max?
What is that 8k rebate?
I got a 7.5k rebate on my i3 - if I get an energi is that what you’re getting? And can I get it again?
24 month lease doesn’t allow for the $1500 CA rebate, so have to go 36 month. There wasn’t an $8500 rebate either. That’s just where they put their markdowns (?). Ended up going with an even better deal in a Lexus hybrid. Search for CT 200 h F type. Good luck everyone!
