Lease deal check - Macan (ex-loaner)

New to the forum.
So far, I’ve learned so much and this time around, I wanted to “hack” one myself.
While my searches at local dealership were very disappointing, I got a decent offer on LH.

Porsche Macan Loaner
MSRP : $74,xxx
Terms: 12m/15k miles
DAS: $2700
Shipping cost : $895
Monthly : $680/month (incl. tax)

Because I wasn’t given full information on MF and residuals, I couldn’t really get the calculator going.

Now, being naïve, I thought macan @ sub $700 (w/ tax) sounds great!
However, come to think of the shipping cost ($895) as well as disposition fee($595) that has been divided by 12 month seems kinda steep.

Do you guys think its a good deal?
If not, how can I improve? Thanks for your input!

It’s not, though. Your DAS beyond the first month is another $168 per month.

Don’t forget the DAS. Your effective payment is

($2,700 + 680x11 + $895 + $595) / 12
