So i called up the local Volvo dealership yesterday to check in and see what kind of deal I could swing for New 2026 Volvo XC 90 B6 Plus.
New 2026 Volvo XC 90 B6 Plus - $1500 DAS & $639/month
Term - 36months/12k miles
MSRP of $71,825.
Initially they quoted me at $1500 DAS and $992/month. I got them down to $1500 DAS and $639/month. I’m getting $8k in rebates and I believe about 13% of MSRP.
Is this a good deal? or should I keep shopping around until tomorrow which is the last day the rebates are offered?
The XC90 is as old as the last dodo. There’s no way they keep producing them without periodic injections of massive rebates to move them. This cycle has been going on since fall 2024 if not earlier.
I don’t take it personally, if they start high but end up with the deal I want, I’m ok with that.
Can you do any better on the same car? If so, let me know. From the responses I’m getting it doesn’t seem to be great, but no one can provide any information or numbers on what a great deal would look like…….
Just saw this, I got the Ultra with Air suspension ($78K MSRP) here in NJ via Mike (Aronchi) for much cheaper than that, but I put $7K MSDs (to be refunded after lease end) and I have COSTCO Exec ($2K discount) and APLAN ($500). Unfortunately did not have loyalty otherwise could have gotten a cheaper price ($1500 additional discount). I think Costco expired now for the XC90, the price I got is $698 a month with $0 sign and drive (did not even pay the first month). If you haven’t bought a car yet, I recommend reaching out to Mike (Aronchi) broker.
