Lease Deal Check - 2024 Hummer EV Omega SUV

,

I am new to the forum and leasing (this will be my first lease and first EV), so I would really appreciate some help evaluating this offer. New vehicle, only 3 miles on it. The dealer is in SD - vehicle will be delivered to me in GA on my dime.

2024 Hummer EV Omega SUV
36 month lease, 10K miles/yr
MSRP: $140,645
Sales price: $116,641.96
Dealer installed accessories (stuff I asked for [partial PPF, splash guards, front window tint, Interior Ambient Footwell Lighting package, sport pedal & cover package]): $3240
Proc/Doc Fees: $259
No acquisition fee
Gross cap cost: $120,140.96
Cash down: $6,900
Due at signing: $7,930.11

MF: 0.00338 (which they say is the Buy Rate)

Residual: 74.333% - $109,000.96

Monthly Payment: $1031 to 1041

MF is on the high side, but I expected this, given it’s an Omega.

I asked about a one-pay lease option - waiting to hear back.

Any thoughts/suggestions? Reasonable offer?

From what I’ve read here and online, It seems to be a decent offer, but as I have no experience with leasing, I thought I’d run it by the hive for some input before pulling the trigger. I’ve run it through the Leasehackr calculator, and it seems reasonable from what I can gather.

Thanks in advance for any advice/input.

Your numbers don’t really add up IMO. Put it in the calculator, something seems off.

Why do you want all these? Straight loss on a lease unless you plan on keeping it, not to mention these are overpriced.

I might keep it, but I am not sure yet. PPF and splash guards will help minimize the “wear and tear” issues; lights, pedals, and tint are just for cosmetic purposes, so I expect to take a loss on those if I don’t purchase, but I’m ok with that.

My primary question is how reasonable or unreasonable the lease offer is. For argument’s sake, just get rid of the optional accessories - is the lease terrible? I have no experience or frame of reference, so hard for me to evaluate it.

I know I’m not gonna get a deal on this vehicle given what it is, but given that it’s been sitting for a while, I don’t think I should necessarily pay a premium either. I’m just seeking some advice from people who are more well-versed with leasing to help me evaluate the quality of this offer.

Seems slightly high.

Get them down to $999/mo with $5k drive-off, and you’ll be set!

Got them down to $3K, monthly $1132 (taxes included) with the accessories i asked for installed. I finalized it. I’m excited. Thank you all for the advice.
