Is there anything in here I should still be negotiating? Dealer said this would be 622 including 7% tax and Audi Care is being added.
MSRP: $60,705
Selling Price without rebates: $54,750
Rebates: Lease Cash, Loyalty $2,000 Lease Cash, $1,000 loyalty
4.Money factor: .00059
Residual with Audi Care: 57%
Fee Break Down: Electronic Tag Fee: $150, Fl Lease Charge: $60, Tire & Battery Fee: $6.50
a. Acquisition Fee: $895
b. Dealer Fees: $995
c. Government Fees: Reg & Title Fees: $450, Lemon Law Fee: $2.00
$995 Dealer Fee stings a bit, seems a little high.

I know costco has a deal going with Audi now so might be worth checking into that if you have a membership and I believe Audi also has multiple security deposit program that can help lower the monthly.
I’ve gotten 2 Audi’s in sofl and both from coral springs, I think they’re more volume based dealer. I couldn’t get the other guys to move much at all. Overall looks like a pretty good deal for an audi with a lot of the fl fees. Don’t forget to ask them to tint the windows.
Should be able to get this a bit lower - my 62,xxx s4 is $600/mo even with NY taxes. did MSDs if that will help you lower it.

Should you be getting at least 10% off with Costco?

May be a silly question, but do you get the MSD’s back if your car is wrecked?
