I believe the “Market Value Selling Price” is the MSRP.
Definitely not married to an Atlas. Was looking at the Toyota Grand Highlander, but can’t seem to get any discounts on it. Considering the Chevy Traverse as well, but open to any suggestions on the larger SUVs.

Hey all, just wondering if anyone knows the difference between “Closing Fee” and “Lease Acquisition Fee”?
All the quotes I’m getting seem to have a “Closing Fee” line and a “Non Tax Fees” line. I asked a sales person and they said the lease acquisition fee is included in the “Non Tax Fees” line. However, the “Closing Fee” is the same price as what the LeaseHackr calculator says the lease acquisition fee is… seems odd.
Most salesmen have no clue what any of the lease numbers mean.
In this case, most likely the closing fee is the acq fee.
