Shopping for a base model i4 in South Florida, but no inventory. Was offered a lease on a loaded Msport model that is in production. I think the MF might be too high considering a high credit score. Otherwise seems like a fair deal.

That’s expensive. Try to target under $600 effective. You are currently at 820/month.
The discount is only 3%. You should try targeting 10%.

This is not a fair deal, if the money factor is marked up, this is basically MSRP. I can save you about 4k.
