Hello, anyone has lease buyout experience in Florida?

  • my lease agreement purchase price is 16K. However, when I look on HMF portal, it does not equal to 16K at the maturity date, it is actually more by $600 on the maturity date.

  • Is it worth waiting until the maturity date to buy-out? Or should I do it 1-2 months before?

  • What is the DMV process, if any? I already have plated and registration.

Wait until maturity. Arrange financing beforehand if necessary

You’ll obviously want to title it in your name.

Call them about the discrepancy in your first question.
