Lease brokers. How did you get in the industry and how you ultimately became a lease broker

What’s your background how did you get into the automotive industry and what chain of events led to you becoming exclusively a lease broker? If you were to start over again in 2023 how would you go about doing so?

I’d like to hear from industry insiders exclusively although everyone is welcome to share any significant remarks.
