Hi— I’m sure this question has been answered already here. But if you leased a bmw and got someone to take assumption of your lease, are you still liable for damage to the car at lease-end or missing payments for the vehicle. I know some brand hold you accountable but not sure about bmw. Thanks
No once transfer is completed the new lessee is held 100% accountable. “Perks” of BMW.

Also that you can transfer the bloody lease (Looking at you MB) for now.
