Lease assessment for 2019 Hybrid Camry SE and LE

I’ve gotten 2 quotes, one for the SE and one for the LE. I’m leaning toward the LE because most of the SE features aren’t things I care about, but if people have recommendations one way or another I’d appreciate it. How do these quotes look to the hackrs though?

I don’t know if you’ve leased yet or not, but I just did on on Saturday on an LE Hybrid.

2019 Camry Hybrid LE in Grey Mica
$29,652 MSRP
$25,754 (13.1% off, no incentives - would have been $1500 more off or 1.9% APR if we hadn’t leased)
2 Refundable MSDs for $550
Original money factor of .00020, reduced to .00001
3 year/36K

Upfront costs:
$650 acquisition fee
$144 doc fee
$280 Registration and plate fee, etc
$842.41 Upfront sales tax (NJ rules)
$255.83 First month’s payment

So, $255.83 - had to pay taxes up front due to NJ rules, and I didn’t roll in any of the fees and whatnot.

Did you end up leasing yet and if not, what state are you in and what’s in reasonable transportation distance in case your state doesn’t allow MSDs? Because you want to do MSDs instead of putting money down.
