Lease a USED car?

Hi! Has anyone ever leased a used vehicle? I didn’t know this was possible, but came across an article about it online. I then asked a dealer and he was confused, stating that leases are only for new cars just as I thought. Is this a new concept that hasn’t caught on yet or simply extremely rare?
