Lease 2020 Land Rover Evoque deals?

Hi guys, thinking of leasing Range Rover Evoque for my wife. Really want to stay in the $300-$350 monthly payments with the out of the door down $3k-$3.5k tops.
The must things on the vehicle is color Red and black roof choice #1 or white and black choice #2, Navigation, adaptive cruise (preferred with lane assist).

The best deal I found so far is follows:
Evoque MSRP $52k, service vehicle with 3k miles on it. It is red and black panoramic (fixed) roof as I want with black interior, has navigation and adaptive cruise control (though no lane assist, which I would really like to have).
I was able to negotiate out of the door down $3.5k with $354/monthly payments (including tax) for 39 months with 10k miles per year.

Is this a good deal? Should I look more?

Thank you.

The offer you have is literally what you said you wanted. Overall I think it’s a decent deal for a range to ever that typically don’t lease well

What does edmunds say mf/rv/incentives are? What mf are they charging you? What is the pre-incentive discount to get you to this price? Have you talked to @ethanrs or any other JLR dealers to see what they have to offer?

To be honest, I looked on the Edmunds, but probably does not know how to look up "mf/rv/incentives ".

You’ll want to post here: https://forums.edmunds.com/discussion/55258/land-rover/range-rover-evoque/2020-range-rover-evoque-lease-deals-and-prices

Asking for rv/mf/incentives for the lease term in you’re interested in, on the specific evoque trim you’re interested in, for your zip code.
