Lease - 2017 Infiniti Q60S Coupe Red Sport 400

Hey all. First time leasing and I think I negotiated a pretty fair deal but was looking for some of you pro’s to take a look.

2017 Majestic White with Monaco Red interior - South Florida

39 months/10K miles

MSRP - $56,250
Negotiated price - $51,262.96
Fee’s - $1,157.50
Tax - 3,118.11

Net Sales price - $55,538.57
MF - .00144
Residual - 65%
Cash out of pocket - $1,500.00 (I know ideally you don’t want to put anything down but I felt this was negligible for the price of this car)

9 Security Deposits Total - $4500.00

Total monthly payment - $420.00

Let me know your thoughts.

It’s not bad. PM me.

I like the deal. Its a nice car. Not sure anyone could get better.

Thanks all. It’s a great car and at $56K, I think it’s fair.

Why does 9 MSD’s equal 4,950? That works out to 550 a deposit. Shouldn’t it be between 420 to 450?

My flub on the amount… it’s $4500 in SD’s. 9 @ $500.

Total cash at signing is $6000, $4500 of which is security and $1500 down including first months payment.

Not sure about Nissan/Infiniti FS but a lot of the OEMs base MSDs on the pre-MSD monthly payment, rounded up to the next $50 increment.

Infiniti MSD = base MF monthly payment, rounded up to the next $50. So, if base MF payment is $460, MSD = $500.

Also, $420/mo with taxes equals about $500/mo. for this car with price of $51k.

Only thing is the 10k miles/year - if it was 12k mi/yr, it would be a no brainer deal , buy immediately.

If you’re going to stay under 10k mi/year, than go for it…

The base payment is $396.23 + $23.77 in tax = total of $420.00/month.

I’ll be lucky if I put 6K mi/yr. I average about 5K, so the residual will be far higher in my opinion when I return this car. They’d expect her to have about 33K miles on it when the term is up, but in reality it wont’ have 20K on it. Too bad they don’t offer a 7500 mi/yr term.

If the $420 includes tax, it’s a great deal ! That’s < 1% . Provided that the 1500 down does not go towards CCR

If you only drive 6k mi/year, this is a done deal, good job

I think you overestimate the difference between 10k and 12k miles/yr. It’s literally just a 1% difference in residual.

On this car, that’s $560 plus interest spread out over 39 months. Do the math. It’s not much, certainly not the difference between a no-brainer and a head-scratcher.

Also: OP has clarified on the tax being included, but even if it weren’t, then 420 + say 7% tax = ~$450/month, not 500.

max_g - you are correct, I did some clumsy math there. but, ya, either way, I think it’s a great deal!

Hello,
Very nice deal. I am in South Florida also, would you mind PM’ing me the dealer and even the sales person?

Thanks

My brother just leased a FULLY loaded one in massachussets what i am about to say is absolute fact. But you wont believe it. Neither did i. He got 39 months. 10000 per year. For no money down he had to put up $5000 security deposit. He gets back at end of lease he also got tire and wheel insurance with no deductable for $25 a month. And his monthly lease payment is $409 plus the $25 This car has every option ! I know no one will believe it butnits true!

I’m also in MA looking to lease something for my wife. Would you mind sharing the dealer contact with me when you get a chance? Appreciate it!

Hey man,

I called a couple of dealerships in my area and they said this is a 10k loss for them. If you can, can you please tell me how you were able to do this.

Best,
Oren
