I can put 5k down
6% sales tax in my state

First thing anyone is going to say is don’t put anything into a lease. If you must put something into a lease then consider BMW select finance.

This is a base coupe but I believe the residual and MF are the same, just to give you an idea.

I only posted like 5 times but who’s counting lol? I also broadcast my Ram deal and today someone posted a deal that beat it by 50 bucks (230 a month for 51k ram and he did not even use his 1k edmunds). Well hopefully my deal provided a frame of reference and leasehackrs use them to get the best deal possible.
