I am in need of an SUV with the largest 3rd row I can get within my budget. Been trying to search and read about which make/model might be my best option for a good lease payment. I’m having a difficult time seeing much helpful info.
Anyone have any suggestions of cars I should be considering?
But in seriousness I think a Ford Explorer will lease less than $900 and provide most of what people want in a large 3-row SUV. Ignore the EV’s because they trash.
If you disregard your personal opinion specific to evs, what has a large, usable for adults, 3rd row that offers more in a vehicle for the dollar currently?
The EV9 has an artificially inflated price that allows buyers to feel they have bought “luxury” all with huge incentives needed to sell it - so “for the price” is a misleading statement at best. Oh, and it is also a full EV, so yeah I agree with the above that it is pretty much trash.
Far better options for an “all-around” SUV on a “dollar for dollar” basis with a decent 3rd row would be a Telluride/Palisade, Tahoe/Yukon, the new Santa Fe or a CX-90.
Love the EV9 but EV’s aren’t an option right now per the other decision maker.
That Mazda PHEV seems like a really good option. I really like the new Sante Fe’s but that 3rd row seems tight. I have 11 and 13 year old boys that would be sitting back there fairly regularly and they’re just getting bigger.
Ideally I’d want a Ford Expedition but they just lease like crap and i have nothing to trade in for money down right now for financing.
