LX Trim so definitely no a good deal. Might just wait it out until the deals get a little better.
Or the xc90
This, there are XC90 T6 Momentums with premium features, heated seats/wheel, and 21 alloys for 2k more das then 390ish + tax in NY Tristate (With EMT/First Responder/DR/Healthcare/Teacher and Costco) or 470 + tax cold off the street.
Why pay roughly the same for a Telluride, when you can get a comparable car minus a few features like ACC (unless you find an advanced package loaner), but gain a nicer infotainment and ownership experience, and free lease maintenance (Scheduled is covered by Volvo, oil changes etc).
Edit: No premium package on XC90, itâs standard.
Edit 2: Didnât see the DAS on the Telluride, different tax structure my bad.
Where do you see those numbers in NY area? Please do not provide false numbers.
Aronchiâs sheet.
Box 43. 390 assuming costco + emt first responder, dr ,healthcare, teacher or loyalty.
2k loyalty or EMT etc, 1250 Costco, applies to loaners. Not sure if A plan stacks with costco so didnât include it.
I thought about the XC90 but if the OP is looking for a genuine third rowâŚ
Those numbers are from April and might not even be valid anymore. But even if those numbers are valid for $380/mo, thereâs over $3500 DAS plus $4200 in MSDs.
When the car has been chosen by the wifey, donât worry about showing options lol
@HersheySweet you seem like you donât have a wife lol
Thatâs cuz heâs a 17yr old HS senior.
NYC life has something similar. Demo Cell 19, May.
Same incentives. You are right on the DAS, my bad. This is NYCLIFEâs post/calc. My point is, itâs not impossible.
However, apple to oranges for the OP, taxes and all, and different location.
Unfortunately, yes this is true. Wonât be married in this decade probably.
Stick w/ Leasehacking cars, you canât shop for a good payment on a wife
Lol I wasnât sure but could have taken a guess lol
So the dealer came back to me and said âthere is an addendum on the Telluride vehicles because they are so newâŚmost stores are doing $5k-$7k overâ I checked some of the other dealers with 100 miles and they are charging that premium.
Final deal they gave me was:
MSRP: Sticker $36,715 âMarket Value Selling Priceâ $39,710
36 Month Lease/10K Per Year
Monthly Payment $541 (Inc. Tax)
Due At Signing: $1,000 (Includes First Payment, etc.)
Iâm out!
Thanks again for everyoneâs help on this. Going to try the dance with the Infiniti folks or just go without a car for my wife for a while.
When there are so many other options available, it would seem hard to swallow paying over MSRP for this car.
Infotainment in the volvos isnât better and even with the advanced package, the ACC system on the palisade/telluride is better.
People on Edmunds forums have reported paying MSRP and not over. That would save you 3 grand right there
Perhaps I am just a complete ignoramus on this car, but what makes this car so attractive that people will pay MSRP or over for it?
It and the Palisade blow everything in the class out of the water and are competitive with the vehicles at much higher MSRPs (that even when marked up, theyâre still cheaper than)
yeah keep waiting, ive been waiting over a year (for a kia)! The pathetic thing is, this model is already over a year old!
