Get a X1/X2 for cheaper, or pay a bit more and get an X3. Either way, its a bad lease.
I checked on the Seltos as well. It’s brand new, no incentives, lease was expensive.
Off topic, but that seems like such an odd name for a vehicle. I guess between car names and drug Rx names, they are starting to run thin on options.

Another choice for a good lease price: UX200. A month ago the UX250h was the better lease, but right now, the UX200 seems to be the better deal.
Also, if you’re in the right region and qualify for the right incentives (including Costco), the XC40 is another good choice.

For sure You will end up with $460/m after all taxes and fees rolled into monthly payments. This is based on my rough evaluation.
These ads always have a whole bunch of stuff not rolled in. Tax, title, registration, doc fee, acquisition fee, etc
