Kia Niro phev vs Hyundai ioniq phev

Have 2 offers right now for phev vehicles,
Approved for cvap so would be using that as payment down.

Have an offer for Kia Niro phev $0 Das (just the $5k cvap) and $94 a month after 8.25% tax total lease cost would be about $8790 for the 36 month 10k mile

Or Hyundai ioniq would be about $80 a month with just the cvap so $0 das

So the hyundai is about $800 less but the kia is a slightly bigger car and seems more comfortable.
Just curious what others think, which one should I take?

Absolutely necessary to have a phev? Much better deals on evs…otherwise go with Kia.

I have the bolt already, need something to replace my gas car in case I need longer distance trips etc.

Maybe I missed it but I don’t remember seeing any better deals on phevs than the ones you posted.

Thanks.
The ionic deal is with omega auto group.
The kia is from someone local.

I thought the kia was the better deal despite the extra $700 or so.
Will probably go with that. (just not sure if it’s worth waiting until next month since the rebates aren’t that great.

This is the rough numbers a came up with from his quote.
The $5k CVAP is included in the taxes incentives.
The rebate is the CVRP rebate
The only thing I can think of which is different is that my payment in the quote is $94.48 and not $97. But otherwise I think the deal is the same as my offer.
Does this look like a good deal? Can I squeeze any more that I am missing? This includes the CCFR.
