Nice work! Love to see that Bay Area EV deals are returning

AFAIK they stopped.
I think they give panel upgrade and charger money. But have to use their electric contractors
There is a local 7500 grant. But would need to get approved for that before purchase.
I also sold then my leased Niro phev, had about 5 months left on it. Got a $5k equity check on top of this.

If there’s any brokers located in the NorCal area that can replicate this please PM me.

Why does it say
Effectively $73 /mo.

It’s effectively $73 if you can get the $7500 cvrp post sales rebate.

Where are you guys getting these residual values and money factors from? They are not coming from KFS so just confused how we would get this info???

It’s a dealer I’ve worked with for a long time.
I was trying to work an Ioniq 5 one pay deal which doesn’t seem to be possible yet, when she suggested this, it was the last wind they had.
I called a bunch of dealers since. None of them would do it.

Were you getting some sort of Kia loyalty?

There is a loyalty rebate of $1k but only if using Kmf
With usb there is no loyalty rebate.

So any chances of ripping the $73 effectively will be after the 36 months, you can sell it?..I always hear US Bank will not play nice if you try to break the lease agreement early via a buy out, any recent changes with them?

In any case, it is a nice deal, Congrats and Enjoy it!

The us bank lease is so low due to a high rv.
My rv is $32k

Congrats! Solid deal. I’m curious if US bank allows early exit like selling to a dealer before the lease ends?
