KIA EV9 2025 LLR in MD

,

Hey LeaseHackr fam,

I’m working on a lease deal for a 2025 Kia EV9 Light Long Range in Maryland, and I wanted to get your thoughts on whether this deal is solid or if I should push harder.
Here’s the breakdown:

  • MSRP: $62,315
  • Dealer Discount: $4,203
  • Rebates: $10,700
  • Adjusted Price: $47,412
  • Drive-Off: $0
  • Monthly Payment: Dealer quoted $675/month for 36 months, 12k miles/year.
  • Residual: 55%
  • Tax: Maryland taxes the entire selling price (ouch!).

When I plugged everything into the LeaseHackr calculator, I got $639/month, but the dealer is at $675/month. I understand the MD tax situation might add complexity, but does this seem reasonable, or should I try to negotiate further?
Also, I’ve heard that a 24-month lease might offer better incentives. Would it make sense to switch to 24 months and then just buy out the lease right after pickup? Appreciate any advice or feedback!

Thanks in advance!

My guess is he is marking up the MF by .00040. Verify the MF the dealer is using.

Thanks @Wtmeyer
I will ask them about that. But in case he is making up, would that be possible to deal with the manufacturer offered MF?

This is what I am getting
