@karlutz - Welcome to the forum. My only piece of advice (on top of what everyone has said) is to clarify in your ad whether the money down is the money due at signing (DAS).
EDIT: You might also want to specify the MSRP of the cars for sale.

As a fellow sales person, please spend some time on the forum before posting deals. I made this mistake when I joined by posting some deals I thought were great, but not LH worthy and the response was similar to this. You will find no one advocates for down payments that large and you need more details like the MSRP and a link to the calculator is useful.

Real advice-
Don’t try to boil the ocean. You have 9 brands-focus on the ones that are underrepresented on the forum in your region.
Youre not going to be able to compete w the brokers in your region doing BMW and Audi. Just won’t happen.
But, Cadillac, Chevy, etc…
That may be your sweet spot where you can represent something no one else does and move the needle towards your goal of 60/month.

I don’t know the market in NJ or the exact DAS he’s asking for but by eyeballing it I’d say it’s nearly worthy. Trax is more impressive. Curious what he could do on a Bolt.
