Ha… same here… My dad bought me a 40K Audi cash when I got a full term scholarship from an expensive private college… I insisted on an Audi when he offered a Focus. I do not consider myself financially irresponsible and i do not regret driving what I wanted on my youth.

You don’t have to defend/explain yourself. As long as you are happy thats all that matters. As far the valuation of your deal, IMO you got hosed on the add ons. Other than that I think the pricing is par for the course. Enjoy the car!
