Just picked up my 2022 BMW X3

My lease will expire soon so I got a 2022 BMW X3 as replacement:

MSRP: 50,640
Sale Price: 47,602 (6% off)
Residual: 56%
MF: .00111 (2.66%)
Loyalty: 750
MSD: 4,900
Monthly with tax: 664.80
Drive-off: 5,564.80 (MSD + 1st mo. payment)

  • All fees and taxes capitalized (acquisition + dealer + government + NJ state)
  • Separate out-of-pocket broker fee of 499.00 to LeaseCompanion

I started the process on Nov. 6 (paid the broker) and picked up the car on Dec. 15 from the BMW Performance Center in Greenville, SC. It was a memorable delivery experience that I would highly recommend: shuttle pick-up at the GSP airport to the hotel, free overnight stay at the Marriott with dinner and breakfast, shuttle to the BMW PC for the factory tour, performance car overview, driving events (obstacle, braking, slalom, skid pads), lunch, then the delivery of your car with a one-on-one session with a BMW product specialist. There’s also an option to tour the BMW Zentrum Museum which we declined as we needed to start our drive home to NJ.

While the lease deal is not exactly the greatest, the delivery experience was! Everyone on the BMW staff also rated 5 stars.

Is that MF before or after applying the MSD

Congrats… definitely something i would love to do.

Hi, good catch: in re-reading my initial post, I realized that I showed the MF before the MSDs were applied. With MSDs, the adjusted MF is .00083. The difference is about $24 a month less to me.
