June Prices - money Factor / Incentives etc

I have few quotes already (Chevy / XT6 / Jeep)

I can hurry up and get them before month changes - and here’s my question - is there a way to forecast rebates / incentives / etc. ? like, is June going to better? Is it worth wait to get new MF / etc.? Is there a way to know if going to be better? or every month by what the banks give ?

My crystal ball is out of batteries.

No. No one gets a “sneak peek” at the numbers / incentives, etc…before the program rolls out.

Is June usually considers better than May ? (we get far from the Model year, etc.)

Other things equal, if you find a strong deal, take it and don’t wait. You are neither a genius nor an idiot if the programs get worse or better the following month.

The one notable thing about this general time of year is that incentivized lease programs could completely disappear on a 2024 (if they haven’t already; timing varies by manufacturer and less commonly by model).

But there is no way to predict this in advance; you’re either not too late or too late when the current programs expire.

A better question is whether you’ve identified anything hackable as of today (since June programs are unknowable rn).

GM’s ICEVs have generally not been hackable in ages

The only thing that kind of swing the needle on this may be what brands are doing Costco at what time and even then it really isn’t a game changer.

What is $500 this month may be $493 or $512 next month, it is extremely uncommon that what is $500 this month is $300 next month or even $450. Has it happened sure, it isn’t common. To add onto @trism point, you could very well get a deal on the leftover brown on white that someone ordered and bailed on.
