I agree that was a not very productive.
But as more and more requests for transparency are ignored, totally cool that’s your prerogative, the feedback might get harsher. Especially if the experts here know these are not good deals.
Just my 2cents…
As a buyer, I agree on the suggestions to create calc sheets. I wouldn’t come to these deals without them and by not having them it must create so much more back n forth for you…
