We were at a local dealer, here’s what they offered in terms of discount for a similar vehicle
purchase :msrp 62,855 , rebate 3,000.(+ misc dealer addon) Total purchase 62,397 ex tax + fees
lease: msrp 62,855, rebate 7500 ev + 1500 rebate (+ misc dealer addon) Total purchase $56,855 ex. tax+fees
36m/10k $765, CD 5k
That is an insanely high price.

If you want to stay local, Mike Clinnin at Mall of Georgia Jeep typically has some of the best prices in the state. I’m in GA too, though I picked up my last wrangler from a dealer in Louisiana and shipped it in.
Shoot for at least 10% discount plus all available rebates and no dealer add-ones. This should lease for under $500 a month. Check Jeep.com for their national Jeep lease deals.
