Jeep Wrangler 4xe | 24s VS 25s Incentives

So I am coming up on month 3 in my search to find a brand new wrangler 4xe. The process hasn’t been easy, however, I am thankful for everyone in the Jeep leasing community for giving me great advice and help.

As of 3/4/25, Jeep.com seems to be incentivizing their 25 model year Wranglers in contrast to their massive 24 inventory that is still currently rotting on dealer lots. When playing around with the calculators on Jeep.com and dealer websites, I am finding that monthly payment estimates have skyrocketed for 24 models since the transition into march. Additionally, ss Stellantis not incentivizing the 27 month lease anymore? Everywhere I am looking I am finding that 24 months is giving a lower payment / better deal. Can someone explain / help confirm if my thinking is correct? Overall, I am just wanting to find which year I should hone in my search on.

Disclaimer: I should note that I am relatively new to lease hacking so if I make any mistakes or if my logic isn’t adding up, please excuse them as a first time buyer.

I noticed this too, the subvented lease rates are gone. The 27 month lease used to be way cheaper.

24 month term is the favorable option this month

Whats the difference between the subvented lease and the one they are pushing now? Do you know why it was cheaper or what changed to make the monthly payment rise?
