I had placed an order for jeep GC 4xe back in Dec 2021 and it went to build status around October 2022. During the build process it was moved to status ‘JS - Shipped to Storage’ and remained in that status for few weeks. However couple of days ago Jeep called the dealership and informed them that they are no longer able to track the vehicle and also somehow order disappeared from Dealer system. Anyone experienced this before or any idea what could be going on? I tried to reach Jeep directly but hasn’t gotten anywhere…Dealer is also trying to get some answers thru their rep…
